they claim to have emergency services but it's only for current clientele so they need to change their advertising! they refused to see my dog when I explain to them I wasn't sure if he would make the trip to Indianapolis. but they had no sympathy whatsoever! there's no reason for that! Long story. Poor care. Will never go back.
We've been going here for almost 8 years. Dr J. Giem is amazing! We had to have surgery twice this year for our cat and once for our dog. No complaints or concerns. This past Friday the cat went back in and needed to be euthanized. The Dr actually sang to the cat while medicating her. It was absolutely beautiful and so very peaceful. Thank you so much!
our vet helped us through a very difficult time. her love and patience for our beloved sparty was something to be seen. never have I ever seen a vet cry over our baby. she made his last day special, gave him bunches of treats that are normally a big no no. and as she administered the drugs to put him at peace she sang to him never have I experienced such tenderness and compassion. if you need a compassionate vet and vet staff this is where you want to go.
My menagerie has been patients of these doctors and staff for 20+ years. Always my first choice for veterinary needs! 💙
Arlington Heights Veterinary Hospital told us my grandma’s cat had cancer that had shown up all of a sudden even though he’d been in a week prior with no cancer..? They were so eager to euthanize him. I refused and took him to Dr. Brewster (this was back when he was still practicing) and he ended up diagnosing him with a COLD.
