Person I talked to on the phone was very uncaring. I had an emergency and it was 6:45 and they close at 7:00. Since I thought it would probably be 7:05 by the time I got there, they would not help me. Even tho they do after hour emergencies, but only for established customers Didn't care my pet wouldn't make the ride to Indy. Not sure how you can be in the animal care field and turn one away to die.
Our dog was hit by a truck and they took great care of us immediately, although they attempted to way overcharge us. However, I would never recommend this place for non-emergencies. We were told to come back a few days later for a check up. No appointment was made for us so we had to walk in. We waited 2.5 hours for them to tell us we still had 4 pets ahead of us. There were several vet techs walking around like they're doing nothing and even the people at the front desk took 15 minutes just to get other people's bills paid ... read more
Compassionate care given by people who obviously love animals..I will always bring my furbabies to Arlington
Horrible service. Wouldn’t recommend this vet even if it was the last clinic in Indiana.
They take excellent care of my mini-zoo and put up with my dog not liking the door being closed in the exam room. She wants to see and be seen! She was just in to have some cancerous tumors removed after Christmas and could not have gotten better care. She was the hot mess express for Christmas week I'm sure but I could feel the love they all had for my beloved idiot. This place is absolutely terrible. My aunt had to put her dog down a couple weeks ago. She took her beloved poodle to Arlington because that’s where she felt comfortable and trusted the employees. My aunt asked that they do a clay mold of her poodles paw so she would have something physical to remember her. Well after multiple calls to see why the mold was taking so long so get back my aunt was informed that they FORGOT to make the mold. This makes me absolutely furious.
