Everyone please please do not go here!!! In early November, this year, my pup Kash became sick. We first noticed it when he would eat a bowl of food, he would throw up a few pieces. I just adopted a 4 year old kitty and he is extremely sick - Every staff member, from check in to the Doctor, was absolutely friendly, kind, and empathetic to Remmy's health and my frustration/state of freaked-outness. I will definitely bring Remmy here from now on.
I have used Arlington Heights for a bit over 30 years. Dr. Bob and Dr. Dale are wonderful and very good with working dogs. Not all vets do well with high drive working dogs but they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've been a client of Arlington Heights since 1971, when Dr. Bob was the only vet there. I've always had confidence in them to care for my dogs and cats. Not all vets are comfortable with large working dogs, but they've taken good care of mine, from puppyhood to the final good-byes. Same for my cats. I wouldn't think of taking my animals anywhere else! :)
I took my brand new sick bunny to see the exotics vet. She was absolutely great and got my baby boy healthy with some probiotics. She also offered great advice and complimented how kind my little guy is �
My baby almost died and not only did they take the best care of her but they took hood care of me and my wife also. They were very upfront and honest about everything right from the beginning and called mutiple times a day with updates. We are definitely switching vets permanently.
