RecommendedI am new to town and needed a vet as my dog was getting sicker everyday. Every place else I called was either not taking new patients or had a month+ wait and offered no compassion. Arlington LISTENED and responded, seeing my dog in an emergency the same day. And everyone was cheerful and professional.
Dr. Dale has been my Vet for going 12+ years. He and the entire team at Arlington are awesome! They have seen me through the loss of two pets with dignity and grace. They treat my current pet like a member of the family! I would highly recommend them!
I had a 12pm appt which I was there for on time. I sat in waiting area (I was the ONLY one there) for 15 mins before going into exam room. Nurse did weight check, said Dr. would be in shortly. I sat there until 12:47 before the Dr. (Dale Miller) came in, spent maybe 5 mins with my cat, and I wasn't above to check out until 1pm. There was no apology, no respect of appointment time, and no excuse. We trust them with the care of the animals who come to us in terrible situations, and they have been so very kind, compassionate, and professional even when they are very busy with appointments. We appreciate their care and service so very much. Arlington truly has gone above and beyond for the animals, and we are so grateful that they are here for our community.

I called at 4am this morning because my dog was having an allergic reaction. Tavaras answered the phone promptly and was very helpful. He asked me about my dog and her symptoms and gave me suggestions. Even when I went to the store to get benadryl, I called again and talked to Tavaras to make sure what I was getting was the right type of benadryl.
