NEVER GO HERE! HEARTS OF STONE! REFUSED TO HELP A PERSON, HER DOG VADAR HAD BEEN SHOT! AS SHE RACED TO THIS PLACE FOR HELP, SADLY VADAR PASSED. HIS MOM NEEDED ASSISTANCE WITH HIM AND WAS TURNED AWAY. SHE DIDN'T HAVE HER LICENSE, REALLY??? I WILL TELL EVERYONE STAY AWAY!!!!
Take a moment to find out what this "hospital" did to a woman and her dog named Vader. Vader was murdered and died on the way to this "hospital". In the attempt to save Vader, she left her wallet at home with her drivers license in it. Because of that they threaten to put Vader's corpse on the street if she did not put him back in her car to return home to her traumatized children. Spend your money elsewhere. Spend your money at businesses that show compassion to their patients, alive or dead, and to their families.
The personel was very caring and understanding and made sure they answered all my questions before i left.
Everyone from the receptionists to the vet tech and beyond.... they were GREAT!!! The experience was above exceptional. Thank you all for your kindness and empathy through my experience.
