Workers were nice Clean welcoming environment My cat kitten mitten or K.M for short was sick so I took her to a different vet first who looked in her ears mouth feet took her temp and felt her organs then squeezed some per out of her and said she had jaundice from possible kidney failure he wanted to keep her over night and thus and that it was way more than I could afford like 500$ a day It was a hard hit and I was mentally frantic but held it together Hoping he was wrong or just trying to milk me for money I took her to th... read more

Took my 8 week old puppy today because he ate rat poison !!!! The staff was so nice amd friendly yah my bill was a lil high but it.was so worth it to see my fury baby feeling better.Thank you

I took my cat in October 16th 2017 to the emergency clinic for a paw wound. I was told by the doctor after he looked at her and said that they would clean and shave the wound then send her off with a bandage and antibiotics and that the gaping hole she had in her paw was just a little bit of fascia. I told him that I thought it looked like tendon with some bone so I asked if he could please stitch it up and he argued with me but he finally said that he would staple it and that it was required not stitches. If I could give no stars I would.. I so much regret not doing my research before taking our boxer to this horrible place.. We took her in for seizures n head injuries on Wed night .. Doctor said it was very normal for them to get them but with the right care n medication she was going to be able to live a normal life.. We got sent home after the hr with her doctor David Burgermeister said she was going to be able to rest whatever was left of the night.. Because of this animal hospital's incompetence, my dog is now blind. I decided to take my one year old Siberian Husky here because I noticed that her pupil was fully dilated and not constricting. It was on a Sunday so I had to take her to the emergency clinic. I was worried that it was glaucoma since it is common in huskies. They did a pressure test and a dye test. The pressure test came out high, but the vet said it was most likely just an infection. He sent me home with an antibiotic ointment and said to bring her back in ... read more

I have going to this vet for over 35 years. In all this time I have never had a bad experience. My pets walk in like it's home and are treated like they are family pets.

I started coming here approximately 2.5 years ago with one dog and have since acquired two more dogs and a cat, all of which I continue to bring here. I've time after again had wonderful experiences here, the staff have always been kind, understanding and professional. I primarily see Dr. Stevenson and she's awesome, I used to go to Dr. Butchko's and would always walk out feeling stupid and like I was a bad pet owner.
