Do not take your pet here! We’ve been going to this vet for 15 years now. I’m shocked by the poor treatment we received today. We took our puppy in yesterday afternoon for surgery and picked him up this morning at 4am. He had a cone and has only been laying down. In less than 6hrs the sutures came apart. The vet did not put enough sutures in, leaving several open spots. There is no reason why it should have come apart so quickly. Took my puppy in for a tear in his underarm. Less than 12 hours after surgery at least one of the sutures popped. Called back and was told it was my fault since I did not by the E-collar from them. I had one in my hand when I walked in to pick him up. They wanted to charge me again to have him seen today. Asked for the manager and Britney would not transfer me to him. Very rude. I took my kitten to this hospital because he wasn’t eating, and the staff charged me 300 dollars worth of medication and my kitten just got worse day by day and he did not even give him a proper diagnosis. My kitten had just passed away tonight and I couldn’t be more upset.

7 days ago a Coyote attacked our dog in our backyard. We took her to Arlington Animal Hospital Emergency Care. Doctor Zachary did a great job stitching up Sophia and getting her on the road to recovery. Seven days later she’s getting her drains removed and is feeling better.

I wanted to embrace this Hospital, especially as they're just down the street from me but alas, after several animals over several years, I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. About 3 years ago I took my pit bull Roxy and they x-rayed her and said she needed both knees repaired or she wouldn't be walking within a year. She was about 6 and at 2500.00 a knee and the need for 24 hr care we chose not too. They gave me no other recommendations but pain meds. I took my kitty here last night and got great care right away. All the staff was awesome, treated my pet and I wonderfully and we were seen immediately. Thank you Arlington Animal Hospital for the great care Diesel got!

overall I've had good experiences here. they're a bit expensive, but that's cuz I'm usually in with an emergency. my Dobie Clifford had heart problems, they gave me a half year more with him. my recent experiences were emergency c section end of Oct 2018, lost 2 of 4 pups, 1 had abnormal bowels so I get it...they saved 2 and mama, dr Saldana. my basenji had an awful spider bite we're assuming. dr B saved her by performing surgery, also saved her leg. but was not cheap. c section I got a couple hundred refund, spider bite cos... read more
