I took my dog in for an emergency visit. I got there at 4 and they told me I when I called to say I was on my way, that I had a long wait. they had me seen with in 30 minutes of arrival. i paid 65$ for the visit. The doctor came in and tried to check my dog with out doing xrays but my girl was in too much pain to allow the doctor to extent her leg and feel the joint movement. They take weekend walkins! Thank god. Other vets turn you away. Yes its like urgent care so I don't understand people who complain about the wait. If you're waiting, your dog isn't dying. I have apps on my phone I'm fine waiting my turn. And to all those complaining about cost, I don't know why you'd have a pet or a child without health insurance or Care Credit. They aren't free, and good vets can't stay open if they're giving away services. Stuff costs more nowadays. And saving my babies from pain was priceless! Never going... read more

I am completely baffled by the uncouth, outrageous, lack of professionalism coming from this establishment. I have never received such disgusting behavior come from a hospital that is supposed to be advocates for fur babies that happen to encounter scary emergency treatments. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!! They lose paper work, they don’t take responsibility when they don’t put in a prescription order for my dog epilepsy medication. No communication with each other or the customer. It’s been 48 hours and no medication. I called them and they said it was ready and my son sat there for an hour waiting until they told him they had no record of the request and to go home, they’ll put it in in the morning. Called again in the morning and still medication has not been filled and now there closed for 7 hours ... read more
They didn’t address my dogs problem. I had to take her to another vet the very next day.!
