The staff here are BEYOND Rude. My son spilled a bowl of water he was getting for our sick dog and the woman yelled at him and scoffed when he asked for a towel... he’s 4. Trying to be helpful. We ended up leaving and took our dog to VCA In corona on sixth street and they were fabulous. I definitely DO NOT recommend this establishment. Very rude, dirty, and no people skills.
Very Expensive. I just hope that they did the Rabies Shot??? You can't be in the room when they do it? ??????
Thankfully they were open on Saturday night after my scared dog cut his head open. They were a bit rude but they were also really busy. They treated my scared dog really well though and for that I’m greatful. All in all it was a very expensive 2 hour trip at 8:30 on a Saturday night but hey they fixed him up!
DO NOT GO HERE OR USE THEIR SERVICES!!! I took my dog in and when the assistant came out she took him to another room and said the doctor would review him . I pleaded that he was dehydrated and wanted him started on an IV ASAP. Instead they wasted my time filling up paperwork. 10 minutes til the doctor came out and said my dog was dehydrated �� but that he was dying and needed xrays and 3 other tests to see what's wrong . I pleaded again to have an IV started , another 5 minutes and they came to have me sign a paper to maybe... read more
If I could give them negative stars, I would. Extremely rude, unsympathetic and unhelpful. We were told the dog was not in dire need when it was obvious he was. I asked them to take another look because he looked so bad and questioned him on if it could be something more serious than dehydration, such as bloat. He YELLED at me and treated me like I was stupid for even asking. We ended up taking the dog to another vet and it was too late. He died within minutes of arriving. This morning at 6:30am I came across a newborn kitten freezing on my driveway with the placenta and umbilical cord still attached to it and the mother was just a kitten herself and it was clear to me that she wasn't going to tend or help her baby so I immediately called and they told me to bring the kitten in so I rushed to Arlington animal hospital just to be sitting in the lobby for two hours with no help or assistance so it became clear to me if I waited any longer they were just going to let this newborn kitten die in th... read more
We took my boyfriends dog to this hospital a week ago, we were told he needed a tooth pulled due to infection and were charged 243 dollars for the check up and medicine. Ok that was reasonable, but we were told to schedule an appointment with the dental clinic to have the tooth pulled, instead of being schedule we were told we had to pay for another check up even though we were just there a few days before.
