The girls are awesome. The vet on the other hand will find a way to throw a $50 bogus charge on the bill. Such as reading a blood test, which was fine. The tech could have told me that and save me the $50 charge. Had there been a problem and he had to talk to me I could have understood the $50 charge. I was told if the doctor even walks in the room it is a $50 charge. All I am saying is be careful to not get gouged. Dr. Hess is Awesome
they treat their employees as if they were disposable, and have been verbally abusive. I wouldn't take my dog to a place that treats people badly. If this is what they do to their employees when the public isn't looking, what do they do to your pets when you're not around to see them?
Dr hess is the best vet ever! Only vet that my "kids" will ever go to!

We love Ark Animal Clinic and doctor Hess, there's nobody like him I would recommend this place to anybody that needs to take their animals to the vet he's very very nice and he does what he can and he sure does not sugar coat nothing
