love this place. took care of my grandsons furbaby that was over 14years old. Now takes his new baby there. Him and cloe both love it there and the care cloe gets is great
Terrible place! Had a 4:30 appointment and wasn't seen until AFTER 5:30. Explained over the phone what was wrong with our dog so they gave us a Friday appointment in the evening and then when our dog was seen they said they couldn't put him under anesthesia on a Friday night. They knew that from the beginning! $71 later and no help. Thanks for stealing our money and not helping in any way. We will never go back or recommend this place to anyone!!
Absolutely beyond grateful for the staff at Ark taking care of my boy Opie when I was about to give up all hope! Can't ever say thank you enough���
Been with dr. Hess since he first opened his practice - almost 12 yrs. He has been excellent. In recent times though, it has become difficult to get an appt less than a wk out. He may have more patients than the office can handle now.
They killed my cat and then acted like childish fools when I came to pick up my refund. The so called "office manager" Literally ripped paperwork out of my hands and threw the money at me and proceeded to cuss me as I walked out the door. Worst experience of my life.
It is a wonderful place...they are very friendly and my dogs loves them
Waited for almost an hour from my set appointment time to even be called back to the exam room. Another dog came in about half an hour after I did and hey were called before I was. Vet and his assistant were the only good things that were there at all. Had a "second opinion/referral" charge of $50 on my bill and no estimates were discussed before anything was done.
