I love love love Dr. Hess I will not see anybody but Dr. Hess they have a lot of different receptionist some are more knowledgeable than others but as long as I can see Dr. Hess that's all that matters. ������
Love these guys very caring excellent bedside manners. My dog Lazarus loves Dr. Hess and his staff.
I have been taking "my boys" to the Ark for years. I cannot say enough about the caring staff...from front desk, to vet techs, to doctors...they are the best...they truly care. Yes, at times you have to wait, but that happens to me when I go to my doctors...and honestly, I know when I am waiting that means someone elses baby needs some speci attention that I would want them to take the time with mine if they needed it. Kept us waiting for over 45 minutes, we were on time for our "appointment". Simply could not care less they kept us waiting. Lobby stinks like a toilet. Outside covered with fecal material and cig butts. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. I'd say more about the quality of the medical care but don't want to get dragged into court. Our dogs are family to us. WAY to important to be trusted to that place. Lots of better alternatives easy to find. All the signs of a poorly run business, (in my opinion)
The staff here is wonderful and very considerate. I lost my girl Queenie on her/my last visit and they sent a beautiful card with condolences from everyone. Thank you to everyone At ark!
I have NEVER heard a bad thing about this place and although I had always taken my girls elsewhere, this past year I started going to ark and have yet to have a good experience. Trust me, I'm just as shocked as you. Long waits, rude doctors, nurses or front desk people, then I have been waiting over two MONTHS for a special medicated dog food for my puppy that has hip dysplasia to find out it's a teeny tiny little bag that cost me $34 and it will probably last a few days at most. My furbabies just love Dr Eric! Everyone is very nice and really take care of pets.
Been using this vet for a long time and they are great for all their services.
Love the staff. Great place to take your pets. Will not be disappointed
