Have a 9 year old German Shepherd. Took her she was breathing abnormal. Friends recommended. Was told she had Trauma to the lung. Never happened girl is never out of My sight! Recheck she was diagnosed to have a Mass she was 9 lucky to have her that long all in front of My 10 yr old. THANK GOD I GOT ANOTHER OPINION AND DIDN'T LET THEM KEEP TREATING HER. SHE WOULD PROBABLY NOT BE HERE!!! SAD MY ANIMALS ARE MY BABIES. You would think they would treat your animals the Same. NOT!
RecommendedWe have been taking our dogs to Arc to see Dr. Hess for almost 11 years now. We’ve had many ups and downs with our boxers. When our male got cancer they literally did everything they could to help us though it and keep him comfortable all of the way to the end. The whole staff is kind and compassionate and that is why we’ve been with them for so long.
Worst experience ever. I’ve been here several times prior for simple stuff. They have given my dog shots in the past and never had any issues.. but my recent visit has me worried for any other animal and owner going to this clinic in the future. My dog had a pretty bad wound on her neck area and needed care so I took her in and I get a call two hours later saying I needed to come pick up my dog because when she had been sedated she became aggressive and was “trying to eat everybody”. they are always amazing. my Golden Retriever puppy (9months) was very sick. the got him in right away and had to keep him in order to shave and clean many hot spots that quickly happened overnight. he is doing great now. they are pretty amazing
My cat approves of Dr Hess and staff; she wasn't afraid and she even gave them a few kisses.
I found everyone there to be very nice and caring. They were great with my pet. Very helpful..

Very caring, Dr Hess seen our toy poodle the same day . He had a bad dental infection. they pulled the teeth that needed to be pulled gave him the medicine that helped him get better. that was over over a week ago an our little boogie is doing just fine. I want to say aso this was our first visit. our regular vets office would not see him for several days because they were to busy. our litle boy is four pounds. i could not wait that long Dr Hess put boogie on Antibotics right away, our heartfelt thanks to these wondeful peop... read more
let people know what your charges are for certain things. up front. If money is a,real concern why should I pay 50.00 for a office visit to you just for you to tell me how much it would cost to get a,10 lb dog spayed. If i cant afford you I've just became $50.00 poorer. I could use that to pay for the procedure with someone who isnt afraid to tell me their charges.
