Leaving animals in the freezer for over a year when they’re supposed to be cremated!! Not properly treating animals?! Shame on you all
I used to take my dog here when he was a puppy. He had a severe case of dry eye and they treated him wrong and scheduled him to have his eye removed �. I then decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Roberts in Berkeley Springs who treated my dog very aggressively and had his eye completely better within 5 days. It was so bad that I had to carrying my dog into Ark because he would try to run the opposite way and every time we were there he would hide under the chairs and shake. Took my 6mo old puppy to get his shots and to set up an appointment to be neutered, I was on time and still had to wait about 45 mins before I was seen! Front desk was not welcoming at all and got a rude vibe from them. Once I got back to the room they seemed like they had better things to be doing, just rushed everything and pushed us out the door, didn’t even answer all my questions. Will not be coming back here again!!! Very unprofessional.
The staff was very friendly, the establishment was very clean, the Dr. was very helpful and our cat Panther was treated very well.
Do not pay attention to the negative reviews. Dr Hess and his staff are caring and compassionate professionals. I appreciate their kindness to my Girl Mya. It was her time and Dr Hess helped her to be free. Thank you so much.
