I recently had to deal with a bed bug nightmare. I spoke with Seth via email. He was always very quick to respond. He was kind, helpful and easy to work with. Within a day I had Jay out to the house to look around. He was also very kind. He had a great deal of knowledge and was very helpful. I would like to say that the crew from Arizona Heat Pest services did a wonderful job. Myself and my wife are extremely satisfied a job well done. Very courteous very professional men They explained everything what was need before they arrived. great commutation before, during and after the job was done. Austin is the best! He took his time to answer all my questions and addressed every single one of my concerns. He was very thorough in his inspection of our house. I definitely feel like we are in good hands. No one wants to deal with this sort of thing, but Austin and Arizona Heat Pest Services does an excellent job making it an easy experience. I am just so impressed by the excellent service!

Had the most amazing experience with this company requested an inspection vs email at 6pm received a call that night for a next day apt and was able to get an apt to complete service on the two days after that Tim was able to answer all of my questions to help make the experience the best it could be you are not just a number with this company they truly care about their customers

The company was called late Friday afternoon and excellent service was provided the next day. It was evident that the technician was educated on the heat process, available products, and its applications. He explained every step in great detail. We had an extreme situation which required heat and as a precautionary measure, also choose pesticides. Just as the technician assured us, the pesticide used was non-toxic and odorless. He addressed all of our concerns and we were back in our home within a reasonable timeframe.

I didn’t want to believe that we had Bedbugs at first, but when my husband and I started getting bit, it was an unavoidable conclusion. I did some research online and through Thumbtack. AZ Heat Pest Services was the first to respond to my request for a quote, so I called them and asked for a quote. **** showed up for the walk through and confirmed that we indeed had a very bad infestation and recommended the whole house heat treatment.
