I was embarrassed calling to report bed bugs in my home. Chris was on time, very professional, matter of fact and absolutely non judgemental. He checked our home, reassured us we had a problem with bugs not as monumental as we felt it was. He offered several options on how best to control our specific problem and generally made us feel more comfortable about the entire process. We opted for heat treating as we wanted them gone asap. I highly recommend Arizona Heat for treatment of bed bugs. They were able to come out same day and did a very thorough search for bed bugs. They were professional - on time and called to say they were on their way.

On Aug 1 Austin came out and performed heat treatment for us. During the process, unfortunately, the modular base of my Select Comfort bed was melted. I had disassembled the entire bed, moved the components outdoors and thoroughly cleaned it. The irony is that I planned to leave it in the garage during the heat treat, but Austin told me to go ahead and set it up in the bedroom for the heat treatment. There is a stigma about bedbugs. I was creeped out and felt filthy. I freaked and washed all of my clothes, linen and pillows and bagged them by the time I called Arizona Heat Pest Services. I live in an apartment where a heat treatment cannot be performed, but Paul assured me that there are other ways to eradicate them and it is safe for animals. I am very happy with the work that was done. The people were very nice and answered all of my questions. I checked with other companies and the price was almost the same and it would take longer to get rid of the bugs. When you have the bugs you want them gone right away. We had two rooms done with the heat and the house sprayed. It has been 3 weeks and so far and we have only found dead bugs. Plus we have a 1 year warranty which other companies don't have.
