Austin was great. I live in a 1 bedroom condo, they werent able to use heat (I couldnt afford it anyway) & Austin responded the same day and started treating (spray) next day. It took several treatments (3), but Austin was always available by phone to help. I know he "did his job", but I feel he was very professional, compassionate, prompt, and ultimately, effective. I havent had a problem since his last visit! Thanks Austin

Austin and Quentin are the best at what they do. Excellent service all the way around. They help make a stressful situation a lot less overwhelming. Excellent communication and very enjoyable to work with. Treatment is excellent and they make sure the job is DONE!

They did a great job letting us know what we needed to do to prep the house for the heat treatmeant. Austin called after the job was done with follow up instructions to make sure we don't bring any of them back. They even put my screen back on my window ( took it off to get all the cloths out of the house so not to track them to other parts of the house). They were professional from the first time I called them all the way to the end. I would highly recommend them.

We had new furniture delivered to our home and the delivery men showed us one dead bug on our existing mattress. They informed us we had bedbugs and would not set up the rest of the furniture because of our "infestation". We called Arizona Heat Pest Services and within 30 minutes Paul P**** was here. He examined the mattress and informed us that we did not have bedbugs, they were carpet beetles and nothing to worry about. He didn't even charge us! Thank you Paul for being honest. I liked their costumer service, once I called them, they came quickly and examined my house . They looked professional and explained treatment options clearly Their work was professional and they know what they are doing . I feel confident and comfortable I give them 5 star

At first I was pleased I even had them come and do my father in laws place and was going to have them do other family members but I found out that my 18 mo warranty of a heat treatment meant that no they won't redo a heat treatment but only come spray after not only paying $2500 for my home but another $1400 for my father in law to be told I misunderstood my warranty was just very disappointed. We had to call these guys about 2yrs.ago..theyve been nothing short of awesome! Our guy, Chris K is the best! I was a v upset when he came for initial visit. He never judged, lost patience etc..anyone that's gone through this knows how upsetting and disgusting it is! These guys r Great!
