Paul P arrived early after calling to see if that was convenient. He thoroughly inspected the premises (for free) and indicated that he found no evidence, which was a huge relief. But he educated me on what to look for and quoted me a reasonable price in the event I needed service. Both Paul and Tyler, who originally took my inquiry, were professional, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend this honest company and will use them if the need arises.

The Technician was on time, very helpful and very honest about the services we needed. He didn't try to have us pay for something we didn't need. It's been over thirty days now and we haven't seen any sign of live bugs.
