I recently had Arizona Foundation Solutions repair the foundation on my elderly father's property in Sun Lakes and was very pleased with the level of expertise, communication, and friendliness of the staff and technicians. The first phase was installing piles on the (zero lot line) side of the home. The team rectified the foundation problem which occurred at my house and worked around my schedule. I am very pleaded.
I had a porch that was built on fill that wasn't compacted properly. It started sinking in areas running about 40 feet or so. Az. Foundation Solutions came out and raised all the slabs back into the right height and position with there great machine and expanding foam formula. The two people that came worked hard from the beginning to the end and did a good clean up as well. Thank you.
