After getting similar price quotes from the competition, I ultimately chose AZ Foundation Solutions because of their less-invasive plan to fix my 100 year old historic home. The communication before, during and after the job was timely, and my concerns were addressed at each step of the process... however, I do wish they would have given me more precise measurements and instructions on how and where to remove the hardwood floors. We did a lot of research and liked what we saw about Arizona Foundation Solutions. They did extremely thorough testing which was well explained. I'm not going to say the leveling was an easy process for us (who would enjoy all that digging?) - our house was out of level all over the place. We had lots of digging done around the exterior and 24 piles placed in and around the house. The final result was stupendous! We previously had creaking and moaning and cracking all the time. I have been working with Brian at Arizona Foundation Solutions. He has been great and the work done by his team has been professional and timely. They have given me peace of mind and repaired some serious issues we had with our foundation. They worked around my budget and even helped me do the project one piece at a time. Although each encounter has been friendly, in terms of tone of the conversations I've had, the overall experience has been one of the worst I've had in Arizona to date with regard to follow-up and quality control.
