I do not like giving bad reviews but worst experience ever with gutters. Salesperson was great, but everything has gone painfully downhill since. First installer had to come out numerous times to adjust and after the rain this summer we found they were still not right. Company sent someone out. Took a look and said they all were wrong and needed to be replaced. No contact from company after so we contacted again. Another person comes out, same thing, all need to be replaced. Again, nothing. We had some work performed and the crew was professional and courteous. The time estimate for the job was not nearly enough but the crew, Jacob Davis foreman, stuck with it and we are very pleased with the workmanship. Now just need to wait and see if the equipment performs as well as the workmen did.

Just had a crew at my house last week to perform some significant foundation work. The Crew was courteous and professional and efficient. They finished a day ahead of schedule. Brian Patrick my company contact has been diligent and attentive to my questions and timely in his communication. I am very satisfied with the work and experience. Thank you!

Due to floor heave/broken floors we had AFS install their Moisture Level System under our home in May 2017. There were some issues (employee not showing up for work, confusion in the office, etc.) and I questioned whether the suction pit was sufficient to do the job (it seemed pretty superficial to me) but was assured it would work anyway. Our house was having foundation issues and contacted this company to come and have a look. Ended up putting 6 piers in the ground to lift the house up. The guys cut 6 squares out of our concrete to put the piers in. Did a horrible job doing the concrete. I can not believe a company would stand behind this work at all! I now have cracks in my home that were never there before after having the piers in. They also cut my sprinkler line and did a half ass job trying to repair. The team at Arizona Foundation Solutions has been helpful through the entire process from answering questions on the process and providing updates on where we were in getting work scheduled to the crew doing an exceptional job on the work. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about a foundation issue and to provide an analysis and recommendation for the work.

I was impressed with everything from the first call through the final repairs. The salesperson, Ryan Tracey was excellent to work with and explained the issues and process very well. The crew that installed the piers to repair my foundation were more than professional. I feel comfortable with the repairs done and highly recommend them to anyone.
