I saw Dr. Smaller several years ago for my chronic pain. He was very caring He listened to me, NEVER rushed me and was extremely very helpful. I referred a friend and she feels the same way. I will recommend to anyone. I am 77 and may need to see him again Thank you Dr Smalley. I heard from my friend you are the same after all these yeats

Dr smalley is absolutely the best dr I've been going to him for years after a bad experience with another dr. I have some really weird rare genetic issues and he helps so much to think outside of the box to get me relief and so empathetic. You can't go wrong with him
Dr. Smalley and Everyone who works for him are excellent. He is thorough, friendly, compassionate, helpful, .and always on time. He is a little over worked these days, but still tries to spend as much time as needed. He is one of the BEST pain management dr.s in Chattanooga. He does his best to find alternatives to Opioids and yet keep you out of pain. I have been a patient for over 6 years, I am very thankful for him and his staff!!!
