Please listen to me don't buy they are crooks. We bought a bracelet with the authentic certificate from them at 14K. Had appraised only to find out that it wasn't 14K. This just occurred and I have receipts. Taking this to a lawyer this is robbery.

I bought a Gucci chain from this location. I requested the chain to be 18KT gold and was sold what I believed was 18KT. Instead 6 months later I sold the chain at a jewelry store and was told the chain was in fact 16KT. So I paid for 18KT and was completely taken for a fool. If you buy anything of gold from this jewelry store, make sure they test the item in front of you. Their word means absolutely nothing. Not a trust worthy business.
