I’ve been a customer of Ariel’s Jewelers for over 8 years. Recently, I had an issue with a bracelet and wasn’t pleased with how it was initially handled by the manager and salesperson. Compré unos aretes en esta joyería en marzo de este año y hace poco se les despegó la chapa. Fuimos al lugar buscando una solución y la vendedora nos dijo que no tenían arreglo. Además, la única opción que ofrecieron fue comprárnoslos por solo $20 cuando originalmente costaron $90. Please listen to me don't buy they are crooks. We bought a bracelet with the authentic certificate from them at 14K. Had appraised only to find out that it wasn't 14K. This just occurred and I have receipts. Taking this to a lawyer this is robbery.
