Fantastic hotel. The location, very clean spacious rooms and wonderful staff made our trip to San Francisco fantastic. Just a suggestion or two. Please add more than one suitcase stand to each room. Our room air conditioner was very noisy and our view for 5 nights was the internal steel roof which reflected back into our room. The screens on the window does not block out this glare maybe add curtains. Also the foot traffic is very loud due to the type of building. Wow this is a fantastic hotel, the rooms are amazing so beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic for getting the cable cars, trams, open top bus tours, pier 39, Alcatraz tour, some great little shops and just up the road you can hire the little go cars for a fun tour of San Francisco all in all I would recommend this hotel to everyone
We were there for my husband’s birthday last weekend. The staff made it a very memorable stay with their excellent hospitality. The hotel has a great location and the rooms are tastefully decorated. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. �
Absolutely stellar hotel. Clean, well maintained, professional and very helpful staff, and just an all around lovely place to stay. The room was exceptional, I loved the little welcome gifts. The minibar was stocked perfectly. The aesthetic of the hotel is done beautifully. It's location is ideal. The restaurant was lovely. I could go on and on, really. I'll definitely be back.
