Acabo de llamar a este lugar. Estoy embarazada mamá soltera para ver una renta moderada que se que tienen disponibles, ya que una amiga cercana vive en el edificio, y no me dejaron ni hablar diciendo que ya no hay disponibilidad cuando yo sé que hay .Me imagino se trate de otro fraude, ya la deben de tener guardada para un amigo o familiar o alguien que pagó por detrás, fraudes que ocuren todo el tiempo con las viviendas económicas o moderadas como es tan normal en Miami y nadie hace nada ni toma acción contra estas cosas.
Worst place ever to live. The roof leaks. The floor is cracked.. The building is falling apart.. there’s rats. And the AC ducks haven’t been cleaned for years with mold and black mold.. this place should be shut down. Take it from me that I live there for three years.. management sucks. All they do is up the rent every year.. the structure outside looks like it’s going to fall. They don’t fix anything this place should be shut down.
Why are they raising the rent if it’s low income apartments!? Isn’t that illegal? We went from 850 - 1300 now 🤦♂️ . How is this possible.
