I love everything about this place from the beautiful landscape to the friendly staff. I spoke with Erin (the manager) directly regarding certain leasing agreements and she was honest and extremely helpful! I would recommend this place to any prospective students moving to Eugene.
This place is a joke. Look into this place, all the reviews everywhere speak very poorly of it.

This is an AMAZING little apartment complex that's right by UO! They recently added a fitness center, study rooms, and a hot tub in the courtyard which is my favorite! Most places have a pool but you can't even really use it because most school months it's freezing in Eugene. The community spaces are great for getting to know other residents especially when the complex does events for us! I'm always down to eat up the free food they give us!
