I literally cannot wait to be here!! This place is so cool and truly unlike any other apartment. The staff was extremely helpful during the entire leasing process!

I moved to Eugene for a one year masters program from UT and I am so happy with my choice of apartment. It is super up to date and offers all of the amenities + more that I would look for in an apartment. The staff is so nice, any time I have had an issue they are more than willing to help me out!

Arena has charged outrageous prices to tenants at move out for normal wear and tear. Just received my sons move out statement (which his other roommates have received the same) for painting. Also charged for cleaning, which it was cleaned. Along with a 10 day period to pay it or they will take them and the co-signer to collections. As a parent, if your student is considering this place, turn around and run as far and as fast as you can. It has been an unpleasant experience for the very beginning.
Living at Arena has been pretty great so far and I'm really impressed by the help I got from Amelia and the rest of the office staff during the application process. This place has got really nice apartments that are conveniently furnished and it's pretty close to campus.
Arena is beyond amazing! I looked at A LOT of places around campus and Arena was the best BY FAR! Extremely close to campus, fully furnished, a 24-hour gym, and an absolutely amazing staff! So excited I get to call this place home!
