RecommendedI love the property size, it's located SUPER close to campus, and full of resident events! It's easy to get to know people and I feel like the office knows who I am! Not to mention that new coffee machine has kept me going during finals!
The Arena district apartments are the best apartments in Oregon!! The staff is so friendly and very helpful, whenever I call I always get a real live person ready and wiling to help me with my problems. Arena district is the place to be !!

5 Stars I recently took a tour at the Arena District Apartments. Everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. After deciding to relocate to Eugene Oregon I needed to look no further than the Arena District as my new home. They are pet friendly so I was able to bring my dog ♥️ The apartments are fully furnished which made it really nice and convenient. They also have a Jacuzzi to relax in at night and lots of fun community events! I highly recommend the Arena District Apartments!
Everyone was super friendly when I toured and eased my mind a bit about my relocation to Oregon. So excited to live here!
The complex is great! The staff is always very helpful, the amenities are great, the furniture is nice, and the little events that the staff puts on are really fun!
great place to live and so close to everything! even if you want dutch for your late night study sesh, it's just a 2-minute walk! the staff is also really positive and helpful!!
