Best place in Eugene to live. Couldn't be happier with my decision to live here. My favorite part about the apartment complex is the super helpful staff. Jessi, Erin and Liz down in the office are always super funny and there to help! Very dope place to live.

I have lived here for the last year and I couldn't speak more highly of the place. The prices are great, the furnishings are exceptional, and the residents living here are welcoming and friendly. This is an amazing place to live while going to school and I would recommend it to anyone looking for housing.
Love the new management! Greystar is awesome and i'm excited to see what they have to offer this coming year.
Management is not honest-promised best price and then weaseled out of it. Also, their security is lax! Think twice if security is important to you.
