We lived there for under a year because for the 9 months we were there our fridge was broken and froze everything. We put in request after request and after we got frustrated. We found a new place with 1 month left on the lease. We payed the last month and moved out. Cleaned the place to the same condition as when we moved in and took pictures. This company owns and operates *************** Apartments in ********* ** and are absolutely horrible. Many apartments have terrible mold, water leaks, maintenance issues that take weeks to resolve, and the property managers are incompetent and have attitudes. They pressure you to use their rental insurance company and then when you later ask for info on the coverage they dont know the name of company or how to get you information on the policy. Do not rent from any complex that is owned by this company!

This is the worst complex that I ever lived in! They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to maintenance requests! Upon moving out I knew I would have a balance, and where i moved I could not get into my **** box due to it having a key. I looked for both the key and mail but no luck. I got an email 3-4 days prior to items being sent to collections, and advised I would like to get on a payment plan. The manager was OUT OF OFFICE AND STILL SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. poor place to live, management is ******, when you pay the rant, they will take the money out from the bank and send you a late fee. when you call for maintenance no respond. don't move in this apartments
This is the worst place you can ever rent in your whole life, the a/c never works and when you finally get a hold of them they will go and fix it and it only last you 1 good day. Their air conditioning is old and they have to replace everything but no they only go and charge it up. Ever since Village Green took over it's been nothing but trouble they dont pick up when you call during working hours they show up 2 days after you give the compliant. When I moved in the apartment was reasonable, however in the 2.5 years since then rent has increased nearly $100 while the apartment falls apart - at present, by no fault of my own, the floor is crumbling under the carpet - there are places where the carpet sinks down about 6 inches if you walk on it, and I'm afraid I'll fall through. They still have not fixed things that were wrong when we moved in. It took almost 2 months to get working Air Conditioning The whole maintenance free thing the sell to you means they do no maintenance. Nobody should move in here. We relocated from another city in another part of state to here and regret it everyday
