I asked twice about car history. 1st response I received back seemed like an automated message that did not answer the question. So I asked again and got no reply. Had cash full asking price in hand and got no answer. Itâs been several days and they still have not sold the truck. Well their loss, I was ready to buy.
Talked to Rick about a vehicle he had on his lot. It didn't work out, but he was nice and straight up with me. I'd work with him again if the opportunity came along.

Phil was honestly very professional, but wasn’t honest about the condition of the vehicle I went to see. Claimed it was in immaculate shape and there was little rust, and his “mechanics inspected it” and I “didn’t need” to go to an independent mechanic because he had a safety inspection done. He attempted three times to talk me out of getting the vehicle inspected before purchasing. Ill put things into perspective. You looked at a seventeen year old vehicle with over one hundred and fifty thousand miles on it. I did not and would never use the word immaculate when describing a vehicle of this age. The rust is minimal. After further inspection by our mechanics it is determined the vehicle is structurally sound. It's simply surface oxidation that is cosmetic.
