The doctor & staff eased my anxiety by explaining the procedure, the financials and aftercare to my complete satisfaction. The offices are up-to-date and meticulously clean. They called the following day to check in and see if I had questions or concerns. Highly recommend.
This place is very clean, bright and friendly. The doctor spent a great deal of time making sure I understood what was happening and what I could expect. The staff spent even more time with me to make certain that I was comfortable and at ease. Super professional business and did I mention that they sent me home with Ted Drewes?!? Perfect!!!
My tooth extraction was great I had a little sting afterwards but nothing major. They made me feel comfortable and welcoming thanks to Amy she is awesome. To top that I got red dress after my service🤗
My daughter had 4 permanent teeth pulled and the staff made her feel very comfortable and at ease. They were friendly, helpful, compassionate, and professional.
Although any dental procedure is not the most ideal, I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Loveless. I went to Archway Dental for an implant. The procedure was explained to me and after numbing, he was finished in 10 minutes. NO PAIN! Plus I was given Ted Drewes afterward, a very kind gesture. I would highly recommend Dr. Loveless and his staff.
