All of the staff was very kind and helpful. My operation went smoothly and fast, but it was also accurate and my mouth healed up quickly! I would absolutely recommend everyone I know to go here for any oral surgery or implant procedures!
A tooth extraction is not a pleasant experience. However, Dr. Loveless and his team made my procedure a very easy and pain free experience. Dr. Loveless was very easy to talk to, his assistant Caleb was quite helpful, and Emily followed up within 24 hours to see how I was doing. She didn’t make it just a routine call - she genuinely cared. I would refer Archway to anyone!
I am one of those people who have an irrational fear of the dentist. I say irrational now only because my experience was far from terrifying at Archway Oral! I was a first time patient, who called the moment they opened in pain due to my wisdom teeth. They got me in last minute before Christmas and took care of me. I am so grateful for everyone there for providing me comfort and the information I needed to stay comfortable after my visit as well. Thank you so much ✨
Amazing experience from start to finish. They were able to very quickly get us scheduled, in and out. From the receptionists to the nurse/assistant to the doctor everyone couldn’t have been more competent, friendly and efficient. If I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would. And I knew nothing of the place or anyone other than a desperate google search when my daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction was canceled by another office due to COVID. If we need an oral surgeon in the future we will most definitely be back. Thank you!
I went in very scared they made my experience very comfortable & relaxing .... The staff was very friendly , attentive & polite ..... I highly recommend I can’t thank the doctor enough that performed my surgery my tooth was out in less that 5 mins & the assistant that was there with me every step of the way . So far the best experience I had .
