Excellent experience! Could not have been any better! The office staff was extremely helpful. Anyone who has Tricare or United Concordia knows how difficult insurance is to navigate. This office set everything up and made the entire process so easy. Dr. Tyman is very friendly and efficient. Both him and the staff made my daughter feel very comfortable during an extremely difficult procedure. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. First off I’d like to start with mellony (spelling?) she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and our conversation seemed genuine. Her professionalism was awesome. She made sure I was numb before the dr even came in to give me shots. I didn’t feel a thing. The dr was very professional and had me fixed up in no time. I enjoyed the friendly professional atmosphere of the staff. They politely answered all my questions and concerns. The after care instructions were easy the follow. I was very pleased with the surgery. I later called after hours due nausea. Dr.Loveless quickly responded which led to an even better recovery. I can't wait to recommend more people to Archway/Dr.Loveless.
Dr. Loveless and his staff are excellent. From the 1st call to make the appointment, and on through the procedure, everyone was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this oral surgeon.
Today I had an oral procedure performed and when I tell you I was nervous, that would be an understatement. I was attended to by Melanie who was patient and very kind. She kept reassuring me using very calm tones in her voice and talked about things to take my mind off of why I was there. Dr Loveless was the absolute BEST. I had a biopsy and everything went quite smoothly. I would give the process 5 out of 5. Thanks for the Ted Drewes afterwards. The pain has subsided right on schedule.
