Went in for the Tuesday special. Big disappointment. The ribs were passable, they very tender and cooked perfectly but the dry rub's first ingredient seems to be salt. My two sides were mac and cheese and pinto beans. The beans were very salty, I left them on the plate, Mac and cheese was ok, nothing special. For the record: 1. Salt is a minor ingredient in our dry rub. At least 4 other ingredients have twice as much of a portion as salt. 2. We use Bushes Pinto beans as a base, and add a few ingredients. Salt is not one of the added ingredients 3. We have 6 sauces, 1 mustard based sauce, 1 vinegar based sauce and 4 tomato based sauces.
I'm from Maine and while visiting in 2015 we ate here twice and loved it. The pork, chicken and potato salad were great! Can't wait to come back again someday for some great bbq food!

My parents visited a few weeks ago and are still raving about the delicious food they had! They even brought home some famous dry rub and WOW is it amazing! Thank you so much for your hospitality to some travellers... They are forever fans. I cannot wait to visit!
