Don't you all close at 9pm on Fridays? I walked into the Powell location and was told "they have no more food" at 8:40pm tonight. Why would you be open till 9 if you cant keep food till that time?
Best BBQ in town. Potato Salad is THE BEST!!!!!.
Just ate at the new Archer's in Fountain City. It was the same great bbq pork, chicken and ribs as the other locations. Check them out Fountain City folks !!!

Really disappointed in the quality of meat this evening. We love Archers and usually never have a problem. Knowing that they only serve brisket on Friday and Saturday- we had talked about it all week and had been craving it. I ordered 1 lb of brisket and a rack of ribs from the Kingston Pike/ Pellissippi location and both were terribly dry. I don’t mind paying for good barbecue- but tonight was subpar at best.
