Great The staff here is amazing and the property is great! It’s not loud and is close to 25 and C470. Been here for a month and love it!

Dirty Apartments. Poor maintenance request As everyone else has said the manager is out to ruin your day and gets some kind of thrill from killing joy. When we went to look at floorplans she rushed us through the tours saying she had multiple appointments and when we asked to see other unit of the same floorplan just to pick a better location see looked at us funny and just said there all the same. When moving we found out apartment filthy with multiple broken appliance's. Not recommenced
Bed Bugs They put me in an apartment that was infested with bed bugs. I had rental furniture that I could not return for 3 months because of the infestation. They put me in another apartment and promised to cover any cost I incurred. I had to pay 3 months of rental and a $1000 fee on the furniture and rent a second set of furniture. 9 months later they have not covered my cost. Very dishonest! Avoid this place!
