NOT move in ready I’ve been living here for nearly 10 months, when I moved in the unit was not move in ready, carpets were old and stained, covered in pet hair, the patio was exposed to moldy/rotten wood. The floors were new but covered in gunk, baseboards are supposed to be white but had been painted over the dirt and hair. The entire unit had a super funky smell, dog parks here are so run down and look abandoned. Projects are always being done here, so you can never get peace and quiet. Frustrating On Site Customer Service Went in for a tour of the apartments two weeks ago, the leasing office took my contact information and said they would reach out to me when they got settled in. No one has contacted me. Since then I have sent in online requests, left two voice messages with the on site phone number, and talked to their corporate location several times. I want to apply to rent a two bedroom but no one will call me back to answer my questions. Would not recommend getting into contract with these guys since ... read more

Verified Renter Overall, everyone has been very professional and friendly. It seems as if they want everyone to feel comfortable and welcomed in the community. On top of the atmosphere and cleanliness of the surroundings this may be my forever home.
