Verified Renter If you can fix problems yourself, then this is the place for you. I was very happy to live here until my first and only maintenance request in 6 months was an abysmal failure. If you want your apartment maintained, this is NOT the place for you.
Verified Renter so far weve enjoyed our experience here at Arcadia! Kara is our leasing agent and really came through for us when an issue with our apartment came up befor we moved in!! Robert is a maintenance tech here that came to our home when we had heating and plumbing problems. He got the job done quickly and correctly as well as friendly and knowledgeable!!

Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here at Arcadia. My neighbors are friendly, we enjoy walking around the complex, its close to the highway and stores, and maintenance/staff have been great.

Verified Renter My car was broken into a few weeks ago and whoever I spoke with basically said its not Arcadias problem, I guess our security is not part of the common charges. Its ridiculous hot on the 2nd flood, we were told the ac unit if for an apartment not a house and we just have to deal with being uncomfortable.
