Verified Renter They have been awesome for anything we've ever asked them to help us with, i.e. maintenance working with us when we struggled with rent and just overall been awesome. Kiera who is now the assistant manager here has always been super friendly and polite and caring. My wife and I have just sat and talked with her for an hour or 2 before and yeah live the staff here.

Verified Renter Not a great place to live!! No maintenance of outside,management will go out of there way to make things harder. Except contractors to block cars,leave glass everywhere, leave materials and food all over parking lot and side walks
Verified Renter I have liked living at Arcadia, it's a quite community and close to where I work.
Verified Renter This complex is in poor condition. Poorly maintained. Complaints and problems go unresolved with nothing but empty promises. Not worth the ridiculously high rent cost for what is offered. Just about every complex in the area offers significantly more for less.
Verified Renter We've only been here for two weeks. We like the community, but have read some negative and concerning reviews online. We also have heard some complaints from some residents about the lack of upkeep outside, and have heard some very negative comments from other residents about how difficult it is to get repairs done. This worries us, and we hope that our list of needed repairs is attended to within the next week.
