Car service here I didn't get good
Their scheduling was incredibly unreliable. They either constantly rescheduled my appointments at the last minute or simply didn't show up at all, with no prior notice or apology. This wasted a significant amount of my time.
To my dismay, I discovered scratches and minor damage on my gutters after their team had left. It was clear they weren't careful with their equipment, and it's frustrating to have my property damaged during a service that's supposed to maintain it.
The pricing was not transparent at all. I was quoted one price initially, only to be hit with unexpected hidden fees and extra charges after the service was complete. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and unprofessional.
My biggest frustration with ARC Gutter Cleaning was their abysmal communication. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone, and they failed to confirm my appointments, leaving me guessing and frustrated. I had to chase them repeatedly just for a basic response.
