Originally my family and I ordered a meal through the drive through and was disappointed when we arrived home because half of our food was missing. No problem, mistakes happen right? I called and the Manager was very apologetic and told me to come back whenever and my missing items would be replaced. Today I came back and it was a different manager she was polite and gave me my missing items with out an issue. On Tuesday July 5th, we entered the lobby and were studying the menu. After about 5 minutes of waiting, we still had not been greeted. Shift Manager Jon Freeman very loudly shouted "why does everyone want a f*€king large fry tonight, why don't they just go home" from the fry station as he was aggressively putting fries in the oil.
