Just bought a chicken salad sandwich that is mostly apples. Was thrown in middle of bread and not very much so a lot of bare bread. Sandwich wasn't cut in half. I am traveling this is not the quality of food I get from Arby's at home.

Twice in two weeks they get the order wrong. This time my food got cold while I had to run back to the store to get the rest of my order corrected. And fast food workers want $15 an hour ?
After refusing to return for 6 months due to poor service, my husband & I decided to give it another chance. Probably won't be back. Not worth going on a rant on this page. I guess if the manager or corporate cares they can PM me for more information.
