I used coupon to buy a simple lunch and I was charged $61.16, I noticed this mistake and called my chase credit card company, they refunded me originally, but chase still charged me and said "it was not fraudulent". I have to call Arby's and went there(local Arby's), but they refused to solve the problem in that brance. Be very careful! The employees there might overcharge your credit card and won't admit it. The worst experience I have ever had in the local restaurant.
