I am very pleased with Arbortech tree service in Coventry. We have a tree estimated to be about two hundred years old. It shaded our our picnic area and many people commented on its beauty. Sadly in the last few years half the tree started to show signs it would not survive. Justin came out and gave us an assessment for trimming to help the tree last a while longer. This was our goal. I recently had a tree that was cut down via Eversource. Unfortunately they left large pieces wood and the entire trunk of the tree in the yard. I called and spoke to Lindsey and was given a fair price to remove the trunk and wood. Turnaround time for Justin and the crew was really fast. Not only did they remove what I asked for they cleaned up the area by weed wacking all the tall grass that had grown up around it and also they trimmed the stump that was left to make it look much neater in my yard. By fulfilling the terms of their signed contract. We signed a contract with them on 7/7/2018. We also recommended them to our neighbor who also signed a contract with them on the same date. On Saturday, 9/15 he left us a voice mail message saying he did not want to do the job (scheduled for Monday 9/17) because he wouldn't make enough money. However, he did show up today to do my neighbors work. My neighbor's contract was for the same number of trees we wanted taken down, but for $400 less than what we were going to pay.
Arbortech is the best! After getting two quotes, (unreasonable)Justin came out, we discussed exactly what I needed, and he felled my dead 60ft white oak within inches of target. A trickey job perfectly executed. All for a reasonable price. Skilled and professional. Supporting crew knowledgeable and able.
