I love my home here at arbors of Brookdale. It's quiet and peaceful, and close by to everything. Great place to live!
There is always a concern when properties like the Arbors changes management, as they did last year. However, I have been nothing but pleased working with the new management team. If there is a problem, it's fixed instantly. Danielle, the property manager, has been extremely accommodating and helpful with my living arrangement and I highly recommend this property to any future tenants.
I have been here 13 years and this is the third owner. I'm extremely pleased with the way they are doing so much to make this a community and not just somewhere you go to sleep. I love that they're doing improvements not only to the apartments but the amenities on the property. One thing I really wish you would consider is a small dog park. I need to add an addendum to my original post. I neglected to compliment the Maintenance staff headed by Bob.
