Very Happy Resident Arbors is really a great place to live. I was originally sold on its beauty! The grounds are so pretty and incredibly well maintained. It also the only place I saw that has both an indoor and outdoor pool. Not to mention fitness center, tennis courts and also volleyball. I have lived in the complex for about 4 years now and have really even seen a piece of garbage on the grounds. The units are also very spacious and nice. One of the best places I have ever stayed in I moved to Arbors a few months ago and I have got to say that this place is fantastic. Before I visited the place I was a bit skeptical of how the apts and the management would be since I had heard some not so good reviews about the place. Resident comments Great place! Contrary to some reports maintenance has always been on the ball the whole time I've been here. The office staff is nice to the point of being rude. i.e. you come in and voice an issue and they're cheery and all smiles but seem to dismiss or downplay your complaint. Super Satisfied Love living at the Arbors. The place is always beautiful and the many new improvements to the Fitness Center and pool areas are a great enhancement. The on site staff goes out of their way for residents and every request is attended to promptly and without hesitation. Great great place to live. I am not suprised that the complex is always 100 % occupied with rare availability of apartments.
Good Family Home My Family and I love this place. The schools are great, the grounds are beautiful, the amenities are great. The location is perfect too. I get to work right up I88 in about 5 minutes. I have lived here for 6 years and have had a great experience.

We’ve been living here for 6 months now and we love the community. It’s near great schools and all shopping places are close by. In office ask for Paige, she is super mega awesome!
