We’ve been living here for 6 months now and we love the community. It’s near great schools and all shopping places are close by. In office ask for Paige, she is super mega awesome!
There are a lot of rental communities in Naperville and surrounding areas. I moved here for the reasonable rent rates. New management took over recently. Rent has gone up. Small things like the pool chairs used to have pillows, the indoor pool used to have potted plants, parking used to be enforced. Now I can't even park anywhere when I get home from work. Arbors is a decent apartment neighborhood. I like the private entrances to each unit. The new management is upgrading all units slowly, but our un-updated apartment has been lovely too. They are always quick with repair request. They have montly community things just for socialization. Rent is a little more than average but worth it.
