The apartments are dirty and poorly managed. My son rents there now. He moves out mid May and it's the end of March. Six weeks left on the lease. I asked for a compassionate release because my husband has stage four cancer and I need my son's help at home, badly. You can imagine the medical bills. They dickered around with me for 10 days, not returning calls or email before they said he can move out end of April and pay $1000 separation fee because "it's the law." This is a great community to live in. Right on the Mississippi River, BEAUTIFUL grounds, perfect location, easy access to freeways, parks, groceries and good people.
Moved in last November. So far so good. The neighborhood is really great and the staff are nice.
Love the location and staff members are friendly and responsive. Also convenient and comparable in price to other places we looked at. Apartment is nice and location us quiet!
