My mom and I are from Virginia. We took an apartment here at Arbors Harbor Town while our granddaughter is being treated for a brain tumor for six months. We visited other places and they just didn't feel safe. We knew instantly upon visiting, that Arbors was where we needed to be. It's safe, quiet, has lots of amenities and that Mississippi River is just gorgeous. Thank you for the opportunity.

Absolutely love living here! Maintenance is quick, amazing location, and great staff. I feel safe and at home here! I wish the apartments were more updated for the price I'm paying, though I know that is coming soon. Love the free parking but wish we had the gates up still! Overall, I love the Arbors and it is my favorite place downtown.
Location, cleanliness, very attractive. Management & maintenance are courteous and prompt. I’ve never had to wait on any maintenance issue!
