I have lived here two years, and just signed a lease for a third. The office staff is very good at communicating with the residents and have always answered my questions quickly when I've had them, especially Kelly Billings. She has been beyond helpful since I've moved here. The maintenance staff is also wonderful and have always done a great job fixing whatever I have needed help with.

Omg so bad. I've lived in some shady places in college, and none could compare to how awful this place is. The girls in the office are rude and act annoyed whenever you ask for anything. I had to call the management company multiple times to finally get my AC fixed. It was seriously unlivable for almost all of May and part of June. And I was paying almost $900 a month. This is a great place to live in, beautiful area and pet friendly. They are very convenient to my job and the grocery store on the island has been a life saver on nights when I get home late and don't have time to make dinner. I love being so close to Bass Pro Pyramid too it's one of my favorite stores.
